She did really well in the waiting room, especially considering there was an emergency with another kid and we wound up waiting 45 minutes before being seen!
She had all the office staff oohing and ahing over how cute she was, and once she warmed up a bit (we had plenty of time for that..), she interacted with the other kids too. The baby in the carrier right behind her was a particular favorite, and she kept bouncing back and forth between the bead tables and the fish tank. She was definitely tired, but she was a trooper.
And then it was time for the main action. This month's stats:
Height: 31 3/4 inches (which they now actually call height! maybe soon they'll measure her standing up instead of lying down squirming). That's in the 75th-90th percentile, so she's getting taller relative to her peers!
Weight: 21 lb 14 oz, which is still in the 25-50th percentile
And she wowed the doctor by pointing over at the sink and saying 'wash' - which is what we were doing to pass the time while waiting in the room. All in all she's doing great both physically and developmentally, progressing well in both respects!
